I have been practicing Prosthodontics for over 20 years.  I am one of 17 board certified Prosthodontists in Illinois. I am very passionate about what I do and I work diligently to give each patient the care they deserve. I am very proud of the work I do and truly enjoy giving my patients back their smile. I believe that a person’s smile and the proper function of their teeth are directly related to the level of happiness and health they can achieve.

I began my dental practice in Elmhurst in 1987. I have been at this location since 1994. I am happily married with four children. When I am not working, I enjoy golfing, working out and spending time with my family. I am very proud of my family. I know how very blessed I am to have them in my life. My wife and children are truly my greatest assets.

My passion for dentistry drives me to always do what is best for my patients. I am also proud of my associates and staff. They continually work hard to demonstrate our philosophy,"The Patient Is Our Primary Concern."

Keith Guzaitis DDS FACP

I received my DDS in 2004 and Certificate in Advanced Prosthodontics in 2007 from the University of Illinois Chicago College of Dentistry. I am one of 19 Board Certified Prosthodontists in Illinois. I have had the pleasure of working with Dr Kopp and Associates since 2002, and as a dentist since 2004. I am truly passionate about dentistry and dedicated to providing the highest quality dental care to my patients.

When not practicing dentistry, I enjoy fishing, boating and consider myself an avid home cook and baker. I am extremely proud of my family, they have always supported me in my dreams and without them I wouldn’t be the person I am today.

The people I admire the most in my life are my parents. They have given me the support, guidance and faith to accomplish anything in life. I am truly blessed.

I graduated from the University of Illinois Dental School in 1994 and have been with Dr Kopp & Associates since March, 1995. I feel my gentle touch and lightheartedness puts patients at ease. I believe it is always important to educate my patients on the importance of their dental health. It does hold true that an educated patient is a healthy patient. I strive to provide quality dental care for all of my patients second to none. I am proud to be part of a practice that cares about making a difference in our patient’s lives.

I am happily married with three children. When I am not working I enjoy reading, gardening, and I am a handyman extraordinaire. I am very proud of my three kids, they have made me realize that life is as good as it seems. I can't imagine happiness without them.

The person in my life who I admire is my father; he gave up a lot at the pinnacle of his career to bring us to the safe arms and genuine heart of this great country.
